A PERSONAL NOTE FROM KEN
Even though I enjoy the work I do with Native Americans, it's always nice to go back to the subject matter I did mostly as a portrait painter. This included men and women that did more than dress the part of today's cowboy -- they worked cattle. I was fortunate enough to know many of these people and never lost the desire to draw and paint them.
Today I find myself in New Mexico, surrounded by both Native Americans and people who have held on to the ways of the Old West. You'll find paintings of both on this website. Wade's Fine Art Gallery in Santa Fe, New Mexico displays and sells my paintings.
